Tzitzimitzichotziria

An imaginative and tender adventure, written with humour and sensitivity, that subtly highlights the importance of peaceful coexistence and respect for diversity. The story unfolds within a closed society of ants, where everything moves to the frantic rhythms of relentless work, the accumulation of goods, and the strict adherence to a tradition that allows no deviations. This is where young Stavros lives, who as he grows up, differs more and more from the rest of the grim, narrow-minded ants. Conservative society turns against him, and two entirely different worlds clash. Standing by Stavros’s side are a Golden Butterfly, a little ant who loves fairy tales, and Mr. Tzitzikas (Mr. Cicada), who cannot live without play—valuable allies on a journey of discovery, freedom, and self-awareness.
