“ALEXANDROS PAPANASTASIOU” CEREMONY HALL, LOCATED IN THE OLD BUILDING OF THE FACULTY OF PHILOSOPHY, AUTHThe Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra and the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki welcome the historic Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Sofia Music Academy “Pancho Vladigerov” to our city. With a history spanning over 100 years, the Bulgarian orchestra has nurtured some of the country’s greatest musical talents and remains renowned for the exceptional level of training it provides.
As part of its vital educational mission, the orchestra participates in the Dimitria Festival, joining forces with young, talented soloists and helping their stars shine even brighter.
A co-production of the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra, the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki and the Pancho Vladigerov Academy, Sofia, within the framework of the 60th Dimitria Festival.
