Director Biography
Haris Gioulatos was born in Athens in 1987. He majored on Film Studies at New York College and Greenwich University. He is a director, screenwriter and professor. He teaches direction and screenwriting at Ornerakis Applied Arts since 2016.
He takes part in creating television episodes, advertising spots and fashion videos. He has directed many short movies, some of which have been awarded in national and international festivals.
In 2011 he directs “Keep dreaming” (scholarship award), in 2013 “Butterfly” (awards, including 3rd audience choice at Actline) and in 2017 “The Method: Captured” (documentary award in Drama’s festival).
In 2020 he becomes screenwriter, director, and producer for his short movie “Off for some Beers!”, which has participated in many international festivals and received 7 awards. In 2025 he writes and directs his latest short film ”Trigger”.

I am Negar Naghavi an independent filmmaker. After I graduated from the university in the field of theater, I follow the cinema and I have been working in cinema since 2019. I made my debut in 2020 with my short film “A shared path” which was accepted by many festivals like Clermont-Ferrand film festival or LA Short Film Festival.

Directors Biography
Giulia Cosentino is a film director, screenwriter and researcher, born in Catania, Sicily. She
graduated in cinema and visual art attending Roma Tre University, Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris, Nova in Lisbon and Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. She has collaborated in many movies among Martin Eden by Pietro Marcello, Io capitano by Matteo Garrone and Grand Tour by Miguel Gomes. In 2019 she directed her first short movie “He and I” (premiere Torino film festival), and in 2020 her second one “Why are you running away?”, that is part of a collective film “Le storie che saremo” produced by Ginko Film.In 2022 she won the Italian prize Premio Solinas for the best script for feature film. Currently, she is based between Rome and Palermo, where she teaches directing in archiver re-use in Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia – Sede Sicilia and works as screenwriter and director.
Perla Sardella is editor and documentarist, born in Jesi in 1991. She graduated in Cinema and Multimedia Arts at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, in Milan.
She works with still and moving images, and with different formats including linear audiovisual, photography and video installations. “Comfort Zone” (2015), her first short film, was presented at the Torino Film Festival in the Italiana.corti programme. “Prendere la parola” (2019) wins first prize in the Perspectives category at the FILMMAKER Festival in Milan. “Le grand viveur” (2020) is in competition in the medium and short film section of the Visions Du Réel festival. Some of her works have been shown in national and international art galleries (The Wrong Biennale, Biennale Mulhouse de la jeune création, Fondazione smART). She is co-founder of the association for the valorisation of the family film heritage “Reframing Home Movies”. She lives and works in Genoa.

Director Biography
Léa-Jade was born in France and grew up abroad in Africa and South America. Camera operator and assistant director in the cinema industry for years, and after working with famous directors as Abdellatif Kechich (Mektoub 1, 2, 3), Maïwenn (A.D.N) or Nicolas Bedos (Mascarade), Lea-Jade wanted to start directing, with her film “Matapang”, produced by Piano Sano Films and pre-sales by the tv channel France 2, selected in Clermont-Ferrand festival.
“Na marei” is her second short film, pre-sales by the tv channel Arte.

Director Biography
Giorgos Aggelopoulos (Aggelogiorgas) was born in Athens in 1993. After studying Applied Mathematics and Civil Engineering at National Technical University of Athens he quited his job to pursue a life in film. He studied cinema directing at Stavrakos Film School and he works as a Director, assistant Director, Editor and Architectural Designer. E.g.

His thesis film “Or How to Disappear” won the best film and best actor award at the 48th Drama International Short Film Festival in the National Student Competition section

Director Biography
Born in 1992 in Dubai to an Iraqi-Turkish mother and an Indian father, Anas studied literature and film history at the universities of Lausanne and Oxford, before working as a screenwriter and director. He is a feature-film programmer for the Berlinale’s Generation section and a regular contributor to the magazine Talking Shorts. His short film THE GODS (LES DIEUX – الالهة) premiered at Locarno Film Festival in 2025, and pursues its journey in festivals, while he has begun the writing of a first feature, titled SWANSONG.

Dimitris Glyfos was born in Athens (Greece) in 1983. He studied Political Science and Law and works as a lawyer and book editor. He has published six poetry collections, writes articles in the press, plays music and writes scripts. LATERA is his first film.

Director Biography
Andrew Cyr-Marcoux is a Quebecois director and VFX artist known for his distinctive visual style and award-winning work in 3D animation and cinema. He studied 3D animation and image synthesis at Cégep Limoilou (2018–2021), where he developed a unique creative and narrative approach enriched by a diverse background in visual arts. In 2025, he also won the Best Emerging Director Award at the Fantasia Festival for his 3D animated short “L’Écho Perdu.” He first gained recognition in 2023 with “You Stay,” which earned him the Emerging Director Award at Fantasia and was selected by festivals including SPASM, Requiem, and HalloweenPalooza. His filmography also features acclaimed works such as ”Fantomaste” (Audience Award at SOFA, 2021) and ”Timothy” (Official Selection at Fantasia, 2021).
