TiSFF – Thessaloniki International Short Film Festival

For 18 years, the cinema showcased by the Thessaloniki International Short Film Festival, along with the films and creators it introduces, has represented the very best, most creative and pioneering work navigating the labyrinthine alleys of the seventh art worldwide.

Under the guidance of its mentor and founder, Giannis Zachopoulos, TiSFF is once again part of the central program of the Dimitria Festival. With its films’ innovative aesthetic and conceptual achievements, this cinematic gem honors and promotes Thessaloniki across the globe. Thanks to its rich thematic content and carefully curated film repertoire, TiSFF offers its own distinctive way of viewing, resisting the frantic pace dictated by the binge-watching culture, both in the darkened cinema halls and online, as the festival also streams digitally.
