Francis Bacon Distortions

A performance through which the spectator is transported into the workshop of Francis Bacon and approaches, through theatrical visual landscapes, the artistic and philosophical work of the great artist.

Based on the ideas of Francis Bacon, the performance “The brutality of tact”, walks a tightrope between iconography and text, while speech, music and images function having a common denominator, and coexist with the artist’s philosophical approach towards Art and life.

With the collaboration of different kinds of artists, the special atmosphere of the workshop is created, with the viewer becoming a companion in the aesthetic search and a witness of the creative process.
